Waterproof

Wherever you’re headed on your bike, you know that your gear will be dry when you get there with this Varo shoulder bag. The bike pannier is made from 420D polyester, closes with buckles and does not have any stitched seams, making it ideal for “all-weather” cyclists!

Main compartment with laptop compartment

The pannier’s main compartment is a very generous 15 litres, making it an ideal bike pannier for commuters. Inside, the bag has a thick, padded compartment that will accommodate a 15” laptop; the compartment’s inside measurements are 36 cm (width) by 28 cm (height). Inside, the bag has two small pouches for things like a phone or a wallet. The bag has two more pockets with waterproof zips on the front and on the flap too, so you can stow everything neatly.

Mounting system

The bag is attached to the bike’s luggage carrier with Rixen & Kaul Vario hooks. When you use the bag for the first time, adjust the hooks to the luggage carrier’s diameter with the screws so that afterwards you can simply click your bike pannier on the bike and take it off again every time you use it. With this system, the hooks can be adjusted to fit your luggage carrier perfectly; they will fit 6 to 16 mm tubes. The extra latch between the hooks ensures that the bag cannot be snatched off the luggage carrier.
This mounting system can also be used on electric bikes.

Safety

The bag has reflective detailing for more safety in poor visibility.
The shoulder strap is adjustable and detachable to prevent it from getting caught in the spokes.
