Waterproof

It’s great to get out on your bike for the day, but it’s even better if your gear stays dry. You won’t encounter any problems with damp gear with the Vigo single handlebar bag, as it comes with a rain cover. The rain cover tucks away neatly in a zip pocket at the bottom of the bag, so it’s there whenever you need it.

Practical arrangement

The main compartment holds 18.5 litres, making the Vigo Single on of New Looxs’ larger single bike panniers. The main compartment, which features an extra zip pocket for phones and keys, etc., closes with hooks that allow you to adjust it if your bag is quite full. Under the flap, the main compartment has a drawstring closure. The bike pannier has a front pocket with a zip and two elasticated side pockets – handy for stowing everything you need.

Mounting system

The bag is attached to the bike’s luggage carrier with Rixen & Kaul Vario hooks. When you use the bag for the first time, adjust the hooks to the luggage carrier’s diameter with the screws so that afterwards you can simply click your bike pannier on the bike and take it off again every time you use it. With this system, the hooks can be adjusted to fit your luggage carrier perfectly; they will fit 6 to 16 mm tubes. The extra latch between the hooks ensures that the bag cannot be snatched off the luggage carrier. In addition, the extra Velcro on the bottom of the bag fixes it more securely to the side of the luggage carrier.
This mounting system can also be used on electric bikes.

Safety

The bag has reflective detailing for more safety in poor visibility. A LED light fixes easily to the straps on the sides of the bike pannier. The shoulder strap is adjustable and detachable to prevent it from getting caught in the spokes.
