Multifunctional bag
This pannier has two spacious main compartments, giving you 36 litres of storage space. In addition to the main compartment, the bag has a zip pocket on the front, so you can take plenty of things with you. Inside the bag there is an extra zip pocket for smaller items, such as keys or a wallet.
Easy mounting with MIK 2.0
The Vigo double pannier with MIK 2.0 adapter fits MIK rear racks. So check whether your bike has a rack with the MIK system. If not, you can use a MIK Carrier plate, which you attach to your rack.
The bag comes with a pre-fitted MIK 2.0 adapter and 2 keys, so you can click the bag onto the rack in no time. Want to take the bag off the bike again? You can do that with a single movement of your hand. The small key is ideal if you regularly take the bag with you and remove it from the rack. The large key is extendable and therefore longer than the small version. This larger key has been specially developed for larger accessories that stay on the bike. So you can choose which key to use, depending on whether the bag stays on the bike or is regularly taken off the rack.
The advantage of the MIK mounting system is that the bag is always securely attached to the rack. As a result, the bag stays firmly in place and always hangs nice and straight. You can secure the pannier even further to the side of the rack with a hook-and-loop strap.
Sturdy and hard-wearing
The Vigo Double is made of bisonyl, a material known for being very sturdy and hard-wearing. The bag is easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth, so it stays looking good for a long time. The fabric is water-repellent, but because of the stitched seams the bag is not 100% waterproof. Want to make the bag 100% waterproof? Use a New Looxs rain cover.
Spacer
You can use a New Looxs spacer with this bag (sold separately). It prevents the bag from touching the wheel. Simply slide the spacer into the insertion strips on the back of the pannier. The bag will then always hang neatly straight on the rack, even when fully loaded.
