Waterproof

Wherever you’re headed on your bike, you know that your gear will be dry when you get there with this Varo backpack. The bike bag is made from 420D polyester, closes with a roll-top and buckle and does not have any stitched seams, making it ideal for “all-weather” cyclists!

Spacious main compartment with laptop compartment

The pannier’s main compartment is a very generous 22 litres, so it has plenty of room. Inside, the bag has a detachable Neoprene sleeve which will hold a 15” laptop; the sleeve’s inside measurements are 27 cm (width) by 38 cm (height). There is also a small zip pocket on the sleeve and a hook to hold your keys. The two side pockets are useful for stowing small items.

Mounting system

The bag is fixed to the bike’s luggage carrier with Racktime hooks, which are suitable for luggage carrier tubes with diameters measuring between 10 and 16 mm.

The hooks slide up and down for an exact fit on your luggage carrier. You can release them again effortlessly by pressing the spring. The hooks can be covered with a pleasantly thick layer of foam for more comfort when you use the bag as a backpack.
A small Velcro strap allows you to fix the pannier more securely to the sides of the luggage carrier, which means it will always fit and will not damage your luggage carrier.

Safety

The bag has reflective detailing for more safety in poor visibility. It’s also easy to attach a light to the front or sides of the bag.
The shoulder straps can be adjusted to fit and an extra chest strap adds to the comfort when the bag is used as a backpack. The shoulder straps are adjustable and detachable to prevent them from getting caught in the spokes.
