High-quality leather

The New Looxs leather laptop/tablet bags look like (ordinary) office bags, but are specially designed for bikes. Safety and comfort are paramount, but visual appeal is also important.

Main compartment with laptop compartment

Cali is the perfect bag for commutes. The bag has two main compartments that close with zips. Inside, the bag has a thick, padded compartment that will accommodate a 15” laptop; the compartment’s inside measures 37 cm (width). Inside, the bag features a zip pocket and two small pouches for things like a phone or a wallet. The bag comes with an extra protective sleeve for a tablet. The ample number of compartments makes it easy to stow everything neatly. As well as your laptop, the bike pannier will easily hold your charger, a sandwich tin, a few documents and rain gear, should you need it.

Mounting system

The bag is attached to the bike’s luggage carrier with Rixen & Kaul Vario hooks. When you use the bag for the first time, adjust the hooks to the luggage carrier’s diameter with the screws so that afterwards you can simply click your bike pannier on the bike and take it off again every time you use it. With this system, the hooks can be adjusted to fit your luggage carrier perfectly; they will fit 6 to 16 mm tubes. The extra latch between the hooks ensures that the bag cannot be snatched off the luggage carrier. This mounting system can also be used on electric bikes.

Protection

Leather is a natural product, which means that the colour can differ slightly from the pictures. You can protect leather against the weather with colourless leather wax. Do you use your bike in all weathers? In that case we recommend buying a New Looxs rain cover for single bike panniers to go with it. With a rain cover, all bike panniers are waterproof and it will protect the leather too.
