The pouch is made of waterproof polyester, but because the pouch does have stitching, we don’t call it 100% waterproof. However, an average rain shower is no problem for this pouch!

The bag is easy to mount using Velcro. You attach two straps to your saddle and one strap around your seat post.
You close the bag with a click closure and for safety it has a reflective logo.
